Turns out the drain valve leaked.

Not too big of an issue. Just needed to replace the drain valve.

We had the leaked stopped and the problem was solved within 1 hour after arriving at the property owner’s address.

We had a call from a customer because their furnace was not working.

Dave went to the job site on Mt Zion Road in York PA, By Rocky Ridge Park.

The customer had a Luxaire Furnace.

We arrived within 2 hours from the time the customer called.

The blower on the furnace had locked up and unfortunatley needed to be replaced.

We had one at the shop.

Dave returned, installed and within 3 hours from the time the call was placed the heat was back on.
